Yes. Kitchens, baths, additions and whole-house remodels, on the same terms as a new build: you design the changes in HomeDraft, we refine them together in 3D, and the same person who designed them contracts and manages the work — with materials bought direct from the source.

Yes. HomeDraft is our own 3D design software and every Rawan Homes client gets it at no charge, with no subscription — for new construction or renovation. You can open it and start designing before you have ever spoken to us; when you are ready, we pick up your file at the consultation.

Absolutely — customization is the heart of what we do. Modify an existing plan, describe a house and let HomeDraft draft it, or start from a blank lot; either way you’ll design it in 3D and walk through it before we build.

We don’t provide direct financing, but we work closely with trusted lenders who specialize in construction loans and can guide you through the process. We’re glad to make an introduction.

We buy marble, tile, fixtures and cabinetry directly from factories and quarries overseas and import them ourselves, so no distributor takes a cut. And every decision is resolved in 3D before construction, so the expensive on-site changes never happen.

Yes. Every Rawan home comes with a builder’s warranty covering workmanship and materials, and the products and systems we install carry their own manufacturer warranties. You receive all documentation at completion.
